Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation up to 1 month before arrival we charge 40 % cancellation fee from the total amount.
In case of cancellation 1 month or less before arrival we charge 90 % of the total amount.
Cancellation conditions and general terms and conditions: The regulations of the Austrian hotel contract (Österreichischen Hotelvertragsbedingungen (ÖHVB)) apply. Subject to change without notice!
We also recommend to take out a travel insurance!
Should there be another shutdown (arrival due to closed borders, closed hotel industry, valley quarantine not possible) there are of course no costs for you.
